6-year-old Jamaya is a special little girl who loves to listen to music and sing and dance along!

Jamaya doesn’t let her limitations or anything else stop her! Jamaya communicates differently than others, but that doesn’t stop her from letting others know what she wants.

Jamaya is a very happy little girl who loves life, family, and fun. Jamaya’s most favorite show is Gracie’s Corner – she loves to sing along with the songs, dance, and watch Gracie on all her adventures.

Jamaya would love to be part of a family that plays and enjoys spending time together. She thrives in her current foster home with her foster mom and siblings. Her favorite thing to do together is sing and dance. She is especially fond of the family dog and spending time with her foster parents’ granddaughter, who is 2 years old.

See Jamaya have a fun day at Build-A-Bear with KSDK’s A Place to Call Home.

Jamaya has an extensive medical history and will require ongoing specialized care, so her team is seeking a family that can meet her all-around medical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs.
