You can return your registration form three ways:

Click the link the the top left to download a registration form in .doc (word) or pdf.

Phone registrations are not accepted.

Space is limited to 200 adults and 100 children.  Because childcare fills up in the first few days, we will use a lottery method to process registration.  For more information on how to register, the childcare lottery, or general concerns, please contact Nickie Steinhoff at 800.FOSTER.3 (314.367.8373) x2235.

CHILDCARE LOTTERY:  Space is limited to 100 children.  Registration forms must be received by May 24th to be included in the childcare lottery.  ALL requests for childcare received by May 24th will be placed into the same lottery pool.  Registration forms will be randomly drawn until the 100 childcare slots are filled.  If childcare is full, adults are still welcome to attend the workshops and receive 7.5 training hours.  Space is limited to 200 adults.

Confirmation will be mailed to you. All parents will be notified via email or mail whether or not their child(ren) were selected in the childcare lottery on May 24th.  The notification letter will include lottery acceptance, instructions for the day, and directions to the facility.  Remember, whether or not your children are accepted, we usually ALWAYS have room for adults.  If you and your children are chosen and are UNABLE to make it, please call and let staff know, otherwise, a no show will negatively impact your acceptance at future events.
