ReFresh Makes Its Debut at May’s Night Market

May’s Night Market is among the many gems that make St. Louis City a true treasure. This quarterly vendor market brings out a fanfare of vintage enthusiasts, homemakers, trendsetters, and families alike. Located conveniently at the City Foundry, May’s Night Market is your one-stop destination for a wholesome variety of artistic pieces, clothing, handmade trinkets, and so much more. Accompanied by an assortment of savory and sweet treats and festive drinks found at the Foundry Food Hall, May’s Night Market checks all the boxes for a great night out!

ReFresh joined the lineup of talented vendors this year to showcase our collection of vintage designer finds and stylish ensembles. Thanks to our dedicated clothing donors, we made a great impression.

Director of ReFresh, Nick Kelley, has made remarkable efforts to increase ReFresh’s visibility. He excitedly shares, “ReFresh had the best night at our first-ever pop-up shop at May’s Night Market! We raised over $2000 and reached 107 new potential customers. The ReFresh team is excited to keep connecting with the community and spreading awareness for the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition.”

For those unfamiliar with ReFresh, ReFresh is a full-operation resale boutique in Brentwood, Missouri. Our racks are filled with trendy clothing, including a section boasting household designer names. Its prices beat those you’ll find at other discount stores.

But ReFresh is more than your typical vintage clothing store. Every time you shop or donate to ReFresh, you directly impact countless families impacted by foster care who depend on the Coalition for resources, support services, advocacy, and trauma-informed care. Since 2011, ReFresh has raised a staggering $1.3 million, impacting over 4,000 children in Foster Care.

The Foster & Adoptive Coalition extends our sincerest gratitude to May’s Night Market for creating a platform for fashion-forward innovators and boutiques like ReFresh to thrive. Thanks to the money raised, we are one step closer to achieving our vision: For Every Child … A Place To Call Home.
